Led by trained facilitators, this monthly group is open to anyone aged 18 and older. Participants are welcome to share their experiences or simply listen in a safe, compassionate environment to build resilience through connection. Group participants gain a sense of belonging, learn practical tools for coping, and find strength being in community with others. All forms of loss are recognized and no registration or payment is required.
