Grief is a major life stressor. The death or loss of a loved one can have a tremendous impact on the lives of those left behind. There is no timeline for grief and one’s experience can be affected by a variety of factors, including whether or not you have a healthy support system in place.
Grief comes in many forms. We experience grief after a death loss, a major life transition, when someone goes missing, the loss of a pet, and for many other reasons. For more information on coping with grief, click here.

We offer support groups, counselling and education for grief, loss, and trauma. We also provide Traditional healing support with our Elders.
